The cooler weather this spring kept the walleyes in the shallows a bit longer than usual, but definitely did not stop them from biting! Had a very brief slow down last weekend, but they're right back on board now.. must have been feeding on mayfly larvae for a few days... everyone's enjoying the summer-like weather. Kids are having a blast on the water features at KC's Landing.. pictures to follow soon...

After we started cleaning it, we realized why. There was a small perch in his stomach! Not even digested. It was weird, must have been one hungry fish
